We recently purchased at an auction an ex Meth Lab to flip it into the dream workshop of every man. The first phase will see us tear apart everything in order to start the journey of renovation beginning with the roof, that currently is in Ethernit (for sure not healthy), to installing solar panels to be independent electricity wise and last but not least make a nice cement floor. The next steps and plans will be to build a new mezzanine, change the windows and door to then move forward on creating a small gym and much more.
